    Avoiding a decision means missing out on an opportunity when engaging in personal development. Make decisions based on your own knowledge and what you can learn from your research.     Write out a little pep talk for yourself. Take a postcard and write down all the things that you like about yourself. Carry it with you, and refer to it when necessary. Better yet, videotape yourself reading it aloud and view the video frequently. What’s the point?

    It may become discouraging to begin developing better personal habits and lifestyles, but once you start noticing your life developing towards a better future, you will never want to stop. You can always develop better ways to do things and it’s important to always try hard towards any personal development goals you have.
